I am late to review because moving is not for the faint of heart and i have been BUSY!!! I contacted jay after realizing my mattresses from Macys would not arrived as promised. I needed a bed at least for my son and Jay came to the rescue! He was kind and courteous every step of the way and even made conversation with my son while I cleared things up with my bank on the phone. The process was so fast, I dare say 25 minutes or less all together! He loaded my truck, even though he does offer delivery, and we were on our way. One week in and we are very happy with the purchase!
