I traveled to nearly 10 locations speaking with reps all over Fairfield County during our purchasing process which was more challenging than I expected frankly and can equivocally say without exception this gentleman is your finest rep. and should be considered for a leadership role in your organization. Polite, authentic, a tremendous fashion sense, knowledgable and an advocate to assist his clients. You are very lucky to have such an asset to your company. Not only did Mattress Firm have exactly what we needed, we had a superb salesperson in Deontae Carter servicing us. He helped out in finding the perfect mattress for the best price possible. It’s a shame these mattresses will last many years because I wouldn’t mind going through the experience again since he made it so easy. I’m sure the other employees at the Stratford, CT location are just as good, but if you end up going while he is working, you will definitely not regret it (but I do recommend you going during his shift - call ahead)!
