This particular store I went to decided to not let me know that adding someone to my line even though I don't owe a bill will add prorated charges and I'm still trying to understand why a phone that was free and a bill that's only 30 dollars a month she charged me 76 but I only got a confirmation payment of 46..so where's the other 30 that was charged?? I asked she stated that it was activation and taxes...make sure to ask all questions before swiping your card..
Alexandra helped me today more than anyone in any store would ever.
i go in to check prices. I decide to add two lines and phones. MetroPcs Agent at counter, after completely ignores my sale to help 5 other people plus. I let her know i don't want the phone. I even had time to feed my 1 month old new born in that wait time. I ultimately had to leave cause of work. She yells you can't leave your phones are activated.. Mind you I have no phones, Have not paid, been waiting over 30 min.nnI go outside to find my perfectly fine phone, now deactivated.nnI call Customer Support they restore my account to normal. With out added phones or lines.nnI always used this metro pcs store, however i expect people to act as professionals.nnI give this METRO PCS location a strong DO NOT GO! Very unprofessional.
Sick of the lines at the bpt metro PC's stores go to the Milford location located at 63 turnpike square great customer service S well if u didn't know it was there now u know
