Stratford Dental Care

I am 66 years old and a lifelong Stratford resident and over my lifetime have been under the care of five dentists prior to Dr. Peña, three in Stratford and one in Bridgeport. At age 25, in Chicago I had excellent care with Dr. Bennet who fixed bad fillings preventing proper flossing and did two crowns at a time when I had to use student loan money to pay him but I was very grateful he fixed many existing problems. I felt that Dr. Bennet was excellent. But I must say that Dr. Peña surpasses him. Dr. Peña is meticulous in his work. He takes care of my wife and son also. In my case , he has systematically and carefully performed preventive and replacement care saving me future suffering and lost teeth. My smile looks better now than when I was young and his state of the art methods have removed the self consciousness I had about my many amalgam (dark metal) fillings. Dr. Peñas' office staff are all so nice and very professional and competent, His wife Wilma, also a medical professional assists in procedures and gives me reassurance, Ashley is his excellent hygienist and performs the best cleanings and checkups I have ever had anywhere, and Diana at the front desk is so friendly and always keeps on top of any account issues. Dr. Peña has built a beautiful office with the latest equipment, he is the consummate professional. He sometimes hums to himself softly as he works telling me that he loves his work and has joy in his heart. Stratford is very lucky to have him and so am I, as my dentist.

Every time I go to Stratford Dental Care, I feel like family. They really care about you as a person and your teeth. They are professional, kind and efficient. Dr. Pena is the best dentist ever. I am such a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist but let me tell you something, it never hurts at Stratford Dental Care. It is always painless. Anyone looking for a dentist, i would strongly recommend Stratford Dental Care.

I started going to Stratford Dental Care in early 2019. I was basically jobless and had no idea how I was going to pay to repair the crown that had fallen out. My sister’s kids have been going here forever and I never knew they existed until she told me. I walked in not knowing what to expect, and OMG. I filled out some paperwork on their easy to use tablet (no insurance and in between jobs). They welcomed me like I had been going there for years. I was given options and advice immediately and paid next to nothing (it may have even been nothing) I went back months later and have never looked back since! Dr. Peña is amazing and genuinely cares about his patients. I do not want to copy what everyone else says about him and his staff, but I will certainly co-sign, as nothing more needs to be said. I never thought I could enjoy going to the dentist…lol. Patient for life!!!

I started going to this office about a month and a half ago and I will never go to another dentist! The whole staff in this office are very kind, caring and professional and Dr. Pena is extremely thorough and goes over everything with you and is more than happy to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. His dental work is second to none. I feel like I hit the Dentist Jackpot! Thank you Dr. Pena and all the staff for making me feel so comfortable and welcome!

DR: Pena is the best dentist I have ever had, very knowledgeable, high quality work and painless. The office is so clean, they have implemented UV light in every operatory making the office extremely safe, specially for the times we are living. Staff is very nice, it feels like home. I highly recommended, specially if you are afraid of dentist like me.
