Great sales experience at Dan Perkins Subaru! I highly recommended this dealership and Kevin P. As a sales associate. My time was not wasted as everything was clear cut and seamless. Vast selection of most models, more than any other Subaru dealer I have visited in the Northeast New York and New Jersey. Thanks Again!

Average buying experience no real issues there, however the service dept has outgrown its ability to service the sheer number of Subaru owners in the area.nnThe service walk in area, the layout of where you park, the waiting area- all are from bygone days of how car dealerships once operated.nnTake a trip to any of the newer Subaru dealerships or any brand dealership that is newer. You will see how times have changed and how customer needs and the volume of vehicles that need servicing are addressed.nnNow take Perkins. It is like going back to the late 80’s early 90’s. You have to walk up several flights of stairs to get to their so called waiting area. There’s nowhere for dedicated service customer parking. It’s just outdated.nnThe dealership needs to move. They need to open a brand new location with ample parking, adjacent lounge for waiting, several quick service lanes for oil changes, bulb replacements, you know- the easy stuff.nnI called recently for windshield wiper replacement and could you believe I was told I would need an appointment and a couple hours to wait? Ridiculous Perkins.nnOil changes are a couple hour wait. It’s just time to move. I would not have purchased my Forester there had I known in advance that their scheduling is so far backlogged that it takes several hours for simple maintenance items.

Bought my third Subaru there in July 2020.nFantastic experience. Prices quoted were competitive and straight forward. Was in and out within an hour with a new car.

When I went in for a last-minute oil change and general check-up, the employees here were AWESOME. They're very friendly and took their time to take care of my needs, and they showed utmost professionalism. I highly recommend Dan Perkins Subaru and always go to them for my car needs!
