The wife was upset because we took delivery of a vehicle yesterday and she was concerned about the bank they were using. She is accustomed to using the banks she is familiar with. She was hesitant to finance with BCI financial because she does not like setting up automatic payments so things such as FREE over the phone payment and FREE online payments are important to her. The finance manager convinced us to go with BCI (despite the fact we walked in with an approval from a bank we were comfortable with) stating BCI offers the same free stuff like free online and free phone payments. We found out when we got home that they do NOT offer phone payments and they charge $5 for EACH online payment unless you set up auto payments. When we spoke to the Finance Manager he said he was under the impression they offered these as free services and did not intentionally misinform us. So why the five stars you might ask??? Well my wife said she was happy because he offered to quickly correct the issue by redoing the whole financing for us through another bank (whichever one we preferred). She says she has heard unpleasant stories about customers (at other dealers.. not this dealership) complaining about something they were promised and then management telling them the employee does not recall saying that. Well we were happy to see that the dealer owned the problem and quickly offered to correct it. All else was great. The rate he got us from BCI was lower than the one we walked in with, the used truck we bought was cleaned up thoroughly and looked like new, and our DMV plates, registration, and paperwork were ready when we arrived.

I came into Chevrolet of Milford in a very sticky situation and doubted my ability to get a new vehicle. I worked with Nick, Denise and Dan and they went above and beyond to help me. Nick met all of my expectations and even exceeded them. Dan and Denise in the finance department went well above and beyond to get my approval. I couldn’t be more satisfied and I 10/10 recommend this dealer and Nick to anyone looking for a Chevrolet. They are kind, genuine, and very accommodating.

My salesman Anton was professional and knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in. His communication and availability even on his day off was always punctual. Also, thank you to Dan Freeman for shopping for the best loan rates for my situation. Great experience at the dealership, I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Dillon was the best salesmen a customer could possibly ask for! He was patient, understanding, and compassionate. The first thing I mentioned to Dillon was that I had a terrible experience at the last dealership I visited, he assured me that it wouldn’t be the case with Chevy of Milford and he was completely right! Every single question I asked he answered quickly and accurately. unfortunately I’m not ready to purchase a car right now with everything going on in the world but when the world gets back to normal I will 100% buy a car from Dillon! Flawless experience.
