Today I went to DD about 7:26 I order a dark roast coffee at the drive up and one of the ladies inside said we didn't have dark roast then asked the other lady if they have dark roast and she said no. The person I was with said to the ladies inside that they will have to make a fresh pot if a customer asks for it. And one of the ladies snapped back and said we don't have it. So we asked for the manger and we could hear the lady saying I don't care who you call. So the person identify that they was an assistant manager at a DD that's when the team leader decided to brew the coffee. If they didn't want to work why go in and be rude plus lie. I've been a faithful customer for 12 years never had I seen this before
The coffee was burnt, the wait was long but the customer service was great. I'm giving four stars because this place usually has good coffee, on top of it all I always get great service. So thanks!

Is it Dunkin? Yes. Did I receive 4 pieces of stale old hashbrowns in my order? Yes. Did I get napkins? Nope. Could they do better? Yep......a lot better.
They neeeeever have bagel twists available in early a.m. I have to go opposite direction of work to get one even though this one is on the way. Sorry I love my twists.
