Able to make the regular offerings but seemed confused about Dunkin's advertised specials.
The workers didn't harass me about my forgetting my stupid mask.
Horrible! I work near by and myself and my coworkers regularly go here. Almost every time they get the order wrong. We tried using the app to MAKE IT EASIER FOR THE EMPLOYEES AND THEY STILL GET IT WRONG. Nearly every time. The line is incredibly slow. In the drive thru they take your order and then when you pull up to the window, they ask you again. Not sure why they have to ask twice but even so they can’t get it right. On the off chance, when they do get the order right, their coffee is still terrible. It honestly tastes like they use their coffee grounds twice. The only upside, is that there is another Dunkin down the road about a mile(access rd) and they are much better. It actually takes less time to drive the extra minute down the road because they aren’t nearly as slow. I never write reviews but my coffee was not only wrong, but it tasted so bad when I decided to try this place again today for some reason. I seriously hope they can straighten things up because their location is very convenient
They had no croissants at ten in the morning. Otherwise very clean and friendly atmosphere.
Kept the line moving during a very busy time. Got the order right, some of the staff could have been a bit friendlier but others were great
