Till this day I have not received any type of horrible service from this location in particular, staff is very friendly and always makes my order correctly with any issues but I do have to say that the only con I have is that on certain days it seems like some employees tend to drag their feet and take forever to make a simple cup of coffee.
They burned some thing in the back of the restaurant and the entire place is filled with smoke. I had to go in the eyes burning to order my coffee and they don’t even have the sense to prop open the front door to air it out
Today is free coffee Monday with a purchase. I bought a raisin bagel and the staff charged me for the free medium coffee.
You guys should learn how to make Keto egg sausage and cheese sandwiches. It's not something new. You turn customers away because you refuse to make them. You end up losing $$$ because of it.
Not friendly! At all! I'll never go back!
