Seemed like 5 mins passed before being acknowledged at the drive thru. I finally pull up to the window and let them know I had a mobile order. I was then asked what I ordered. What is the purpose of a mobile order when they don’t even read them so of course my order was incorrect. Seriously they don’t care and they are lazy. They should be grateful to have work these days and they should really brush up on their customer service skills.

Sorry to say the workers don't care or are just lazy. Latley it is even worse. The workers can't fill an order correctly. I ask for a powered jelly donut, I get a jelly stick, I ask for a lg coffee light and 6 sugars i get a coffee with no sugar. It happens to often at least 3 out of the 5 days I go there the order is wrong. Recently i hold up the line to check my order and again the wrong donuts two days in a row.

I usually have an okay experience here but my coworker received our order wrong twice on separate occasions. Ordered a BE&C and the bacon was missing both times :( A small but valid complaint.

You can always count after 7:00 pm on being denied half of the products you want. There's a woman who's got the worst demeanor in all the DD's I've been in. How can the Ice latte machine be broken every other time I go there? Thats just one of the issues you can count on having any given day or night. I gave up and stopped going there to avoid any aggravations.

Drive thru available but no outdoor seating, this location is in a busy strip mall on state route 113 (main street/access road ) intersection. Male and female restrooms available inside. The inside space is cozy, comfy and good for groups or for dining alone.
