I usually go there in the evening for two reasons. Parking in front or back w/no stairs and it's never crowded. The machines are new and the place is clean. They have a color tv there and I think it's a well kept secret. The other places on Hope St have older machines and are not as clean and are crowded. The same could be said for the laundromat in the Newfield Green Shopping Center. There is a newer one on Hope St near Hope St Pizza which is new but is more crowded and if you park in the rear you have to deal with stairs.

No one on site in case of emergency - No one even asnwers the phone number they have listed on the wall for an emergency. On the hottest day to record in the summer, 100 F, its also over 100 in the laundromat with no AC. WORST PLACE EVER!
