Zach did a phenomenal job replacing our front steps and building a custom portico on our house. He and his crew were on time, professional and did great work. Really went above and beyond in every way and communicated clearly throughout the job. He was very reasonable and I can't say enough about the quality and attention to detail. Will be using Zach again on our next project.

Zach and his team just finished major renovations on my kitchen and built a brand new deck. Everything came out better than I could have imagined. Great worker and even better guy. Would highly recommend!

So far, Upton Properties has done the following: (a) provided a thorough estimate, listing all items as discussed with the homeowner; (b) been completely accessible by phone and reliable in following up; (c) given the homeowner references and all insurance and licensing documents as requested; (d) provided a well thought out contract; (e) came with the homeowner to select tiles and a vanity; (f) been careful to limit dust and mess in the house as they begin demolition of the existing bathroom; (g) dealt with all permitting issues with the City of Stamford. All references provided were excellent. I am happy with them so far. We are about two to three weeks away from completion. I will post another review at that time.

Professional, quality, and can manage a project to both budget and schedule. Zach has always been easy to work with and he runs a tight ship: clean job sites, high-quality work, and just overall professional service.
