Colangelo Associates Architects are simply amazing. I had to act very quickly to get architectural plans to the City of Stamford Building Department for an office build out. What I truly appreciate is that they were sympathetic to my plight of needing to get this done fast. Vince and his team got the job done quickly, accurately (with no redrafts!) and with a smile. The plans were approved by the city on the first round. When the contractor finished the post-op care by Colangelo Associates with final drafts was just as easy and technically excellent. Bravo to Vince and Team! Colangelo Associates Rocks! Thank you!

Vincent and his team were extremely responsive and their experience went a long way in helping to navigate the remodel process with the city and contractors I worked with. Vince and team did a phenomenal job on our recent new build project! Vince draws from his experience as a past contractor to maximize cost efficiency, time, and to provide tons of input to aid tough decision making. The final product that the team came up with far surpassed our expectations, and it was a pleasure working with the team!
Vince Colangelo and his team are wonderful to work with. Vince has handled a lot of our commercial work and understands the importance of keeping costs down while also applying the most up to date systems available. His team also regularly turns around requested changes very quickly so as not to hold up permitting.
Vince and his team helped us with a major renovation and restoration of an old cottage in Stamford which we also needed to bring up to compliance with FEMA flood regulations. Vince was very knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of the project, from the permitting process with Stamford through the construction. Vince and Carolina were always very responsive to any questions or problems which arose throughout the project, offering prompt, practical and budget conscious solutions. Vince was easy to work with and I would definitely work with him again on future projects. I highly recommend Colangelo Associates Architects!
