Truly a five star experience. Debbie could not have been more helpful. Walked us through exactly what we needed to know. She was able to narrow down our choices perfectly. She did not try to sell us the most expensive mattress in the store like previous mattress buying experiences. Debbie made setting up our delivery very easy. They delivered right on time, installed, carted away all the packing materials. I would highly recommend.
Debbie McMurray is the BEST ever! Her knowledge is amazing and her loving outgoing personality is even better! Mattress Firm is incredibly lucky to have her working there!! Romario was extremely helpful and patient as I was not sure I was even looking to buy a mattress the day I went. He helped me figure out which felt right for me and even helped me stay under my budget! Happy I decided to stop by and am so excited to sleep on my new mattress.
