Dr. Cahn provides a great service, with a fine dental work, appointments that go right on time, and attention to questions and concerns of his patients.

Dr. Cahn is awesome! He is one of the nicest dentists ever.! I feel so comfortable whenever I go see him.

Use this dentist at your own risk. I went to him a few times using Connecticure as my insurance coverage without any issues. When Connecticare changed their dental affiliation to another dental company Dr. Cahn office did not receive payment for a cleaning. Understandable they would want to get paid for services rendered.nnWhen they reached out to me for payment I contacted the new dental company to resolve the issue. Unfortunately when the issue was not resolved I was contacted by Dr. Cahn office to make payment. At this point to make sure Dr. Cahn was paid I conferenced Dr. Cahn’s office directly into the dental insurance company. I was assured by Dr. Cahn’s office and the insurance company the call had satisfied both parties in terms of getting Dr. Cahn’s office invoice paid. Unfortunately, once again the insurance company did not issue payment.nnTo be fair non payment was clearly the fault of the insurance company. The grievance I have after conferencing Dr Cahn’s office into the insurance company not once but three times, Dr. Cahn’s office wanted to forward this issue to collections which undoubtedly would have an adverse affect on my credit. If had not been responsive then I would understand but that was not the case. Especially considering my heavy travel schedule. There was not once I did not return their phone call. To put me into collection for approximately $160 I find it highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Dr. Cahn’s office had multiple conversations directly with the insurance company. As I said, if I was not working with Dr. Cahn’s office to resolve the issue then find but I did everything I could to make sure they did received payment.nnOf course after much time and effort on my part Dr. Cahn’s office did receive payment.

Had a great experience with a competent and caring professional. Helped me deal with an annoying insurance carrier too!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cahn for many years, and he treated this current condition with his usual high level of expertise and efficiency.
