Loretta was amazing when it came to appraising the items at my sister-in-law's house, she was very prompt and on time, very helpful and knowledgeable, and we could not have asked for a better person. We know things are tough right now with COVID, however with the help she has given us we are able to better appreciate the items she has told us about. She is very nice and we would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy antiques.
