Bought a Bali Spa, dealing with the trading post could not have been easier. Had a few issues after it was delivered but the follow up service was excellent. In particular Kristina was excellent to work with to resolve my issues. Highly recommend using this company. Very honest too.

We've bought multiple stoves from the Trading Post and are completely satisfied with their sales, installation and maintenance teams. We cannot recommend a better company to deal with. We love our pellet stoves.

Service was great. I live in guilford and had to call 10 places to find a replacement part for our pellet stove before this weekend snow came in. Drive hour half to the store they bagged it up and left it outside for me to get.
