We recently had tenants move out of our property. 6 years and 3 dogs worth of damage to the floors. I was sure we would have to replace them, but The man came in and said refinishing would do the trick and save us LOTS of money. We went with a dark walnut stain, which made the pet stains blend in and almost disappear!

Steve has done work for us twice. First job was a full refinish and repair of hardwood floors in our living room. The second job was steps leading from the living room to our finished basement. He is prompt, courteous and professional. The quality of the work is excellent!

Steve from Estate Wood Floors was prompt for all appointments, courteous and very skilled at refinishing floors. We had around 400 sq.ft. of hardwood oak refinished by him from the original dark finish to a satin Nutmeg that's absolutely beautiful. There were several deeper worn spots but Steve has the expertise to make it all look beautiful like a brand new floor. His price was slightly below some of his competitors and the quote is what we paid, no extra charges! Will definitely call him again to do another floor in the future.
