I love love love every class with Elora. She’s intelligent, upbeat and always so down to earth. This is such a great yoga studio. You walk in and every stress is left at the door. The peace I get from each class has always been so rewarding!! Thank you Elora!! Along with all of ah yoga!!! So happy they are reopened!!
Ah Yoga has changed my life. Practicing with and being guided by these amazing yogis has brought balance and calm to my life aside from of course the added benefit of making me physically stronger and more flexible. There are classes for all levels and I highly recommend the unlimited month as you can choose which classes you want for what you need on a particular day. Ah Yoga has taken every precaution regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic. The space is open, well-ventilated, clean, and the mats are properly distanced. Registration in advance is required. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you, Ah Yoga!
Beautiful, welcoming studio! After trying out many yoga studios across Litchfield County, I have found a home here. I love the space and really appreciate their teaching style. Plus, their rooftop deck has been amazing this summer!
AH Yoga is among the best run and most professional and supportive studios I have ever attended. I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor and always come back again and again for caring, careful instruction. The best in our area!!
Ah Yoga is a beautiful spacious studio. The teachers offer a variety of class styles that range from gentle to challenging. In this supportive environment, I have been able to push my own limits without feeling pressure to do so.
