I feel like our New Milford Staples is really picking up their customer service game. The last few times I feel they went above and beyond to help me. Once they couldn't get my coupon to go through but they wouldn't give up until they got it to work. And willingly, I must add..not with an attitude. I'm very pleased.
The printing and copying department is awesome. Ian helped me place an order for Fat heads for seniors on my son's soccer team. The order was ready sooner than expected and the Fat heads were amazing! The picture quality was excellent and the product was beyond my expectations. The price was very reasonable. The printing ended up costing me about $9/head. This is my second time using Staples for this project.

Knowledgeable staff willing to help. Seems like a well managed store. And well stocked too.
