We have lived in Shelton over 25 years and we love Walgreens. The staff is great and so are the sales. And they are pretty quick considering the amount of people they serve.

Horrible,horrible waited in line for them to tell me to wait another 15 min.After an half hour I waited in line again for them to tell me they couldn’t get one prescription .. terrible customer service . There overwhelmed being busy and can’t handle it... I’m DONE.Transfering my records to another pharmacy.....transferred to a Mom and pop pharmacy 100% better, Freindly service and they deliver !!! Should have done this years ago!!!

Love the drive thru pharmacy but cashiers in store are very rude

Always have to wait forever. The drive thru is a joke. They have two lines available but only use one at all times. They are rude understaffed. They told me my medicine would be ready in an hour and i can back over 2 hours later and it still wasnt ready.
