This place is amazing but why people leave a lot garbage after visiting park

Horrible experience. We had to leave the car outside the lake pay a guy 20 dollars to park on his property. Then walk a 40 mins to the lake. They were not letting no cars go inside and when we got there they had a parking lot. The water was really dirty. Cant play music or drink alcohol. You can bbq.
