Wonderful, helpful staff. Great place for DIY supplies. Great techs for repairs too!

Called at 11:30, they were here and done by 3:15 and charged a reasonable fee. Service man found money and gave it to me. This is my new regular place I will call for appliance repair.

Candy and the team at Jeff's Appliance worked with me to resolve problems i was having with my appliances. Professional and accommodating. I would do business with them again.

The absolute best guys around! They are honest, trustworthy, professional and friendly. They booked me an appointment rather quickly even being down a repairman at the time. He was quick and made suggestions to help me preserve my appliance life. He also let me know that something I thought was wrong was not and did not need to be repaired ! He was just all around awesome lol I would definitely recommend! I have used them for a variety or appliances as well everything runs as they should still. Also my mother has been using them for the past 10 years on her business appliances I think she said which is why I called them based on her recommendation. Thanks guys for being awesome!

On April 26, 2020, a tech from Jeff’s appliances came to fix my washer, which was knocking very loudly. After looking at it, he said that the cost of fixing it would be greater than replacing it. Fine. Charge $110.nnHowever, in moving the machine from the washer/dryer closet, the tech bent the track on which the folding door slides and removed the door. First, this was the incorrect way to remove the door, as could have simply been done by pressing the door’s push-down pin without touching the rail.nnThe tech then put the door back without attaching it to track, resulting in the door falling on my wife’s head the next time she tried to open it. Thankfully, the door is hollow and, although big, my wife was not injured.nnI called Jeff’s and spoke with the manager, Candy and sent her a picture of bent track. She said that they could send someone to put the door back. I said that I was leaving the door out until I got a new washer. She said to call her when the washer came in in. I said fine, but I thought I should get refunded the service call as the tech had been so careless and my wife could have been seriously injured. Candy, refused and started making excuses about the tech being new and COVID, both of which I thought were irrelevant.nnAfter the new washing machine arrived, I figured out how to fix the door and put it back properly and straightened the rails. The repair took me about 10 minutes. Candy emailed me a little while afterwards to see if I still wanted to have someone put the door back. I replied that I had already done it, but I was still very unhappy about the tech’s carelessness and thought I should get a full refund for the service call.nnCandy made the offer to give the following call for free, which I thought was lame, as it was the first time I had called about a washer ever and I told her I had just bought a new one.nnThe bottom line is that it is customer service 101 that if your employee makes an error that could cause serious injury to one of your customers, you should refund the service call, no questions asked. It is not the $100, but that you should have the integrity to fully stand by the quality of your work. I am also glad that the tech never worked on my machine, considering his carelessness. Considering this bad experience, I would not recommend Jeff’s appliances and will never use them again.
