Small gym for the locals. This gym is great because the owner is always there and members scan key allow them to enter 24/7.
Great selection of both traditional weights as well as an area to work functional “crossfit” style workouts. I stop here when I am in town and am impressed with the cleanliness and selection of equipment.

great gym! Small so you never have to wait to use a machine or like working out amongst a lot of people! The front desk lady with blonde hair is also very helpful! Always has a giant smile and makes you feel welcome.
Great place to work out with tons of new equipment and a great view overlooking the ice rink! Excellent location inside the Ct Sports Center and easy in and out access. Has the space and equipment to fulfill all your fitness needs.
