Generator they installed leaked. Then they didn't respond to calls. A person named Jay was unreliable. He didn't want to make repairs. He's probably working with other companies because it turns out he as a track record for bad generator installations. Stay away from Team Chase Generators! They will give you excuses as if the people they hired is not their responsibility.

They worked on my generator at least a month ago, if not longer. I lost count of how many times I have called / texted them to find out the status of my generator. I have left messages on both phone numbers provided. Even left a message with Steven, the answering service. Haven’t received a single phone call back. I am at a loss for words especially since I am a business owner myself. Just a simple phone call back would be helpful.Also, the St of CT Home Improvement # has been expired since 2016.

Ok service until something really important emerges such as installing a generator without getting proper local building permit, then the company goes silent.
