This little shop is so great. The iced coffee is always delicious and flavorful and the donuts never disappoint. We got a dozen at 4 and they were super fresh and soft! At other places like Dunkin, they would be stale and old. Also the server is always super nice! Make sure to stop by.

A little on the pricey side, you need to make sure they get your order correct, but the staff is pleasant, the coffee is strong and donuts are fresh.
Fresh doughnuts, coffee that doesn't taste burnt & bitter, and an engaging staff! And Effie's spanikopita is excellent.
Donuts are always fresh and flavorful. Love this place.
