The drive through line extends into the road often and blocks the parking lot from being used for in store pick up. The DD mobile app doesn't update when they close the in-store pick up, so don't expect your in-store mobile order to go well when that happens as they won't refund you if you can't wait 15 minutes in a drive through line.nThe manager yelled at me for requesting a refund when in‐store pick up was closed. Instead, she met me at the front door and said I need to be more considerate of their staffing needs and I can't be ordering on the app when they close the in- store portion down. How would i know any of this?! The fact that a manager yelled at me in front of other customers is disgusting.nI suggest you avoid this location & give your money to people who treat customers with respect.

I love this place sooo much. The staff their are very friendly and my food is always to my liking. Definitely recommend ud83dudc4c!!

I noticed one other person talking about Alyssa at Drive-Through. She is amazing. Sweetest, funniest, most gorgeous girl I have ever met. She’s never been anything but pleasant. Multiple times I have seen that girl do everyone else’s jobs not just her own. I hope for the companies sake they do everything to keep that girl on their team. She’s the only reason I give 5 stars.

By far my favorite dunkin in the valley. I always order an Americano which has espresso in it and I've seen many other establishments add water to the coffee to fill it up (which is ridiculous). Every time I get an American from this DD it's nice and frothy on the top! And the staff in the drive thru are always so nice.
