I order from this location all the time. The food is always yummy & fresh. The staff is amazing. They have excellent customer service. Their manager is awesome as well. They accidentally forgot something in my order and they made up for it 100%. They upgraded my 1/2 sandwich to a full and gave me a box of goodies. Any time I ever had an issue with my order, they always make sure to do something and make me happy. Definitely one of the best locations by far. Panera food is always good but when they have an awesome staff, that makes the experience all that much better. Thank you so much for everything!

Its pretty good simple food lots healthy choices and also really goods things like soups and some great teas super fresh

Ordered Chipotle Chicken Avocado melt,nPackage came out without the meal only with a chips.nSo I called them around 2.23pm, they said they will redeliver it to me within an hour. Around 6 pm I called them back about the status regarding my order. They said that they have sent the driver with the meal but the driver never made it for my delivery . They have no contact information of the driver or anything.nSo they told me they're gonna send someone again and it's just gonna take more than an hour.nnBottom line is that they just don't care at all about the money/time of their customers.nnSuch a bad experience!!

This evening I ordered from Panera bread On the Uber Eats app for the first time I called Panera bread And spoke with a young man by the name of Zack he is awesome very patient he help me order Items from the Uber eats app Being that it was my first time ordering from Uber eats I would definitely order again from Panera bread Thank you Zack again everyone be safe blessings
