We all Panera is not cheap! So when I am spending almost 10 bucks for a salad, I expect to get everything that is written in the description. These last two times ordering I was highly disappointed. I called to explain that my salad had nothing but lettuce/chicken and one thing of dressing. There was no eggs, tomatoes, onions etc. The associate on the phone told me there was nothing that they could do about the order and that they were busy. Seriously?? You can't do anything about it? Smh. Train your staff to make the food correctly and if something isn't in stock for that meal then you tell the customer. In stead of making it a surprise when opening the bag and see a plain salad that was almost 10 bucks!!

If I could rate this lower than 1, I would.nPlaced a delivery order yesterday at 10:40am. My order never came. I called the store multiple times yesterday & never connected to anyone. The phones rang & rang & then eventually disconnected - which may have been storm related. I also sent an e-mail about my order to this store at 12:32 & never got a response. I was tracking the food through their tracking service & my order was in Bridgeport for 45 minutes yesterday continuously updating between 10-14 minutes away. Why my food was in Bridgeport when I ordered form the Shelton location is beyond me.nI was patient because I believe some of this is storm related, however this morning woke up to the charge for my food that NEVER came. No one attempted to contact me in regards to my order either. I called the store 3x this morning & still no response.nWill never use this location again.

Curbside pick up experience was just horrible. Make sure you check everything inside the bag before you leave, because apparently the guy who is in charge of curbside pick up can't manage to memorize the order that includes more than two items.nnAfter waiting 20 min in my car, a guy handed out a bag but missed my drink order. I had to go inside and wait in the line to get my coffee. Later when I arrived home and opened the bag, I found that my sandwich was missing. Don't waste your time and go to starbucks instead.
