I've always had great tasting bagels, when I can actually get the bagels I want. I've gone several times on a Sunday morning to pick up bagels for the family. I'm there at 9:00 or 9:45. In my opinion, no reason they should be out of any of the bagels at that time. Shouldn't you be anticipating business? Just a bit frustrating.
I expeected the bagels to be softer not crunchy. Very tasty but not as good as other places ive had.
The workers were rude. I am disgusted for how they took orders and treated someone when asked about their order. Teach the manager some things about being respectful and professional. Wow.
It really is delicious. Customer care is exceptional - except the black med length hair intertwined in the jalapeños bagel- ewww! Will eat there again, know that mistakes happen. But it did gross me out and was disappointed.
Have yet to have a bad experience at this Bruegger's! Staff is always friendly.
