I’m guessing management of this location could care less , but in case they’re looking to improve...please, manage your staff better .nIf the employees talked less to each other & have more respect for their job, they might just actually get an order correct . And please advise your staff to wear a clean shirt & stop swearing . Also, please tell the male working the register that it is unprofessional to call customers , “sweetie, love, beautiful, mama”, or any other form of endearment. And he should focus on his job because he routinely seems flustered & makes mistakes.nTanya is great and another woman w blond hair, I don’t know her name, is also professional & they both always get the order correct.

Leaving a review after seeing the others because this is easily my favorite dunkin.. mainly cus of the guy working the register being so happy all the time. Coffee is delicious and the drive thru is fast.

I have never seen such a disaster of a drive through DD than the one in Shelton off exit 12. Employees discussing private matters while standing ignoring customers, lines that caused customers to sit in line for up to 10 minutes. It is really awful that no one here believes in the value of. Job or customer service. Yesterday half my order missing.

I pulled up and i ordered 2 chai lattes from the drive thru but one latte had way more nutmeg than the other. It gets better, when i took a sip of the latte with the less nutmeg, i thought “wtf is this” the latte taste like it didn’t have nutmeg. it ruined my day and i was angry and sad because it’s raining outside.

I would give no stars if possible. They literally run out of everything! How they are still in business is shocking. Who ever is running this Dunkin should be fired.
