Just got a burrata toast and a ham melt. Both incredibly delicious! It was my first time in 109 Cheese & Wine and I could not be more pleasant.
The most delicious and varied cheeses and other delicacies you'll find outside of Manhattan. Try the hand-sliced smoked salmon. It's phenomenal. The staff is wonderful, and knowledgable. The owners, Monica and Todd, are incredible and seriously passionate about what they do. And the adjacent wine shop! Greg knows his stuff and is very helpful, and their weekly tastings give me an opportunity to sample new varieties.nnAdditionally, 109 Cheese & Wine's catering is exceptional. They recently catered a birthday party for us. Everyone raved about the food, including me. Can I give them 10 stars?
Amazing wine selection! Very different from the usual run of the mill. Super informed staff. A must visit if you love wine!
A real cheese shop in an area where cheese shops are uncommon. Grabbed burratta the last time i was in. Delicious.
Why does this place not have 5 stars?nIt definitely should and I can only Guess at the reason it doesn't. I can't imagine someone who would give a bad review to a beautiful place with such beautiful staff and beautiful product. You guys made my day, made by tummy happy and put a smile on my face!
