Ellen and Sara are second to none when it comes to their knowledge and expertise in the carpet and flooring world. They both go above and beyond to understand each of their customers' individual needs and tailor their recommendations to exactly what you are looking for (even if you didn't know what that was to begin with) within a budget that works for you. Highly recommend!

Ridgefield Carpet was a great experience. I was treated so well by the staff who was very helpful and took the time to guide me with my selection. I shopped at other carpet stores, but the attentiveness by the staff at Ridgefield Carpet was most helpful leading me to purchase the most beautiful stair runner!

Great Job! I contracted with Ridgefield Carpet to carpet the stairs in my Mom's house & mine and the job was done great! Friendly service from the store (I dealt with the owner Ellen, great lady) and their installer arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Definitely will use them again.
