Leah was amazing! Soothing voice, great sequence & flow. She had an excellent presence in the room. Members of our group were new to yoga but didn’t feel lost at any point. The core at the beginning was intense & the perfect way to kick off a great workout. Thank you Leah!

I never write reviews but the owner of this place is entirely shady. Maritza, She insisted that I paid in cash several times when I bought classes with no receipt. Then I noticed that I started getting sick whenever I took class there, later I found out that the studio has mold in the vents and rugs and the room being hot and humid allows you to breathe in mold spores, every time I took a class there I felt sick for several days and couldn't figure it out until I went to an allergist who confirmed this..... I told Maritza that I wanted my refund for the unused classes at first she said she would take care of it, it has been several months now and she failed to take care of it. While the teachers may be great I would stay away form this place if you are health conscious, unless you want to get sick from mold spores.

Maritza is very professional. She is the most amazing person I know & her studio is very clean.

Great studio with knowledgeable instructors! Stays true to the Bikram method. They have showers, lockers, and tons of classes on the schedule. Highly recommend giving it a try.
