Dr. Martin is the best dentist in the world. I have been going to him over 20 years. I don’t want to go to any other dentist! Never pain, always kind and considerate. I have had dental phobia since a child and and he pretty much cured that! Absolutely the best!
The hygienist Marissa provided me the most gentle and thorough tooth cleaning I have ever had. It was actually a delightful experience!
The staff was so patient about my dentist-phobia! Chris, my hygienist, worked gently and slowly and opened and closed the window in my treatment suite about four times whenever I broke into a nervous sweat. She kept gently telling me that I was doing great. After about seven years, I felt confident enough to make an appointment to go back next week for a filling and in six months for my next cleaning. Dr. Shweta was friendly and reassuring—I know she’ll take good care of my filling and wouldn’t judge me for waiting so long to have it looked at. The receptionists were friendly and efficient, even with the necessary COVID protocols in place at this time. I hardly slept at all the night before my appointment, but I think I’ll be fine when I go back next week. Thank you!
The office was very organized. It was apparent that all precautions were taken to keep employees and staff safe. Dr Shweta was great, professional and thorough.
They just cancelled a cleaning appointment I had because I am over 65.nThey said the CDC told them to. Reviewed what the CDC said. “ advise patients over 65 they they are at a higher risk of infection” spoke with other dentists. No reason to cancel menSo upset. The receptionist said I was to old to go to the dentist now.nAwfulnWhen I got a call back from the “manager” she apologized but could not give me the appointment backnSeems they are afraid they will kill people over 65.nHappy not to go if they don’t trust themselves to keep patients safe
