Edit 12/3/2020: I went back and I have been going back all year, whip has won me back with their excellent customer service and gentle touch. I would recommend, mostly because they always tell me how nice my hair is, as a guy sliding into his 40's that is fun to hear.nn......nnI previously had a bad experience at this salon and with the customer service when I followed up via email.nnHowever, the owner contacted me directly with a very gracious and sincere apology. She took all of the right steps to make me feel heard and validated. She offered me a comp that is incentive enough for me to try the salon again. I will edit this review again when I revisit Whip.
They always do an amazing job and are just the nicest people! My favorite hair salon in the area.
Felt safe, covid precautions were above expectations. Erin is the real thing, a truenprofessional and she clearly loves her job. Inleave there always feeling better.
Kay was amazing and gave my daughter Julia an awesome blow dry!! Exactly what she was looking for...her hair was beautiful!! Looking forward to the next blow dry!!!
I had a really great experience at this salon! I needed to cut off a lot of length and Casey was super detailed in layering my hair and the rest of the staff were super nice ! If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this salon !
