I would strongly suggest using another company. They do not answer phone calls or return calls promptly. Finally called a second time and got a call back to schedule an appointment. Scheduled an appointment for 11am.. no one called, no one showed up, no one answered the phone or even returned messages.. finally showed up at 1PM. The guy “cleaned” our fireplace and it was supposedly working. It worked for a week and stopped working again. We went with another company, they came and said fire place was not cleaned properly in the first place which is why it wasn’t working. Strongly recommend using another company. Have never experienced more unprofessional service.
