Its not often you get A+ customer service anymore in retail, but at Creative Tile you do! The guys were super helpful. They walked us through our tile options, shared samples to take home and ordered our tile in a snap. Great store!
I highly recommend Creative Tile. Peter Haig offers great customer service, expertise and selection. He has great taste and helped me choose the best marble and tile for my three (3) bath room renovations. He's patient, honest and resourceful. His prices are very fair, in fact better than Tile America and Benders. Peter was also previously an installer so he understands the business from all facets and can visualize the end result. We're lucky to have him as a local resource.
Peter has been a partner of ours over 5 years and he has an amazing tile selection. Attached you can see some pictures of jobs we've done together! We make a great team and it is always a pleasure working with such a professional and experienced team! Highly recommended.
I used Creative Tile recently for my kitchen backsplash. Luke and Pete were an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a lot of trouble making a decision and Luke walked me through every option and ordered numerous samples for me. The backsplash ended up looking beautiful. I highly recommend them.
