I have been going to this gym for a few years now. Donny is the trainer who is knowledgeable, motivating and makes a tough work out fun. His partner Pat is a licensed PT and masseuse. The facility has good equipment and it is both convenient and very clean. I highly recommend!
I had a great experience during my time training with Donny. He is very professional, he is focused on meeting his client's goals and needs and works with your schedule to accomodate you. The gym is well equipped and clean. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer to anyone looking for that one on one experience of high level excellence.
I have been going to Patrick, for massages, for the last few months after having some trouble with my recent double knee replacements. He has been wonderful! I am feeling so much better and have a greater range of motion. I feel so relaxed when I'm done that I don't want to leave!! He is Professional and his new place is clean and well set up. I will tell all my friends that they should come see him if they want to feel better.
Patrick at Message and Fitness has been treating me for a few months now. He is extremely professional and has new equipment that works flawlessly. His office is very clean and feels welcoming. I have seen great improvement since getting treatments at massage and fitness. Patrick is very knowledgeable and I have recommended him to all my friends and family!!!
Awesome Facility. Very Clean. I was able to get a one on one training session as well as a deep tissue massage. The team of trainers and massage therapist are professional and cater to your concerns. I definitely will be back.
