What a scam. Period. Read the fine print with regards to their option to adjust vintage. I ordered very specific vintages as gifts for my family from years of their birth. Ordered over $2700 worth of wine. I received one shipment of which most vintages were incorrect. That was valued at $955. I spoke to customer service and ask them not to ship unless they could get the correct vintage. That was back in May 2020 and to date have received no credit no communication and no other wine. I opened a dispute with Apple card/Goldman Sachs and because I received a portion of the order they ruled in favor of grapeswine. So as of now I am SOL on the remaining $1060 worth of wine not shipped and no restitution for the $955 worth that was incorrect.

I have purchased close to 20 cases of excellent wine from them and have enjoyed everything I have opened. They may not deliver in a week like some other discount sellers, but for something I will put in the cellar for a few years I can wait a few weeks. Overall John Caplan and Dave Sitar have been very responsive to my calls and have fulfilled my orders. The savings and selection are worth the wait.nCheers!

I purchased several bottles of wine from this company after having a difficult time finding it for sale anywhere else. After being immediately charged, I decided to read reviews online and they all paint a picture of how poorly Grapes Wine.com runs its operations and treats its customers. I therefore called the company several times before anyone picked up and was guaranteed I would be refunded by its head of customer service—Dave. A week has gone by and nothing has happened. They still have my money. I call several times a day and still no one picks up. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a case of wine, card charged but no wine. Left several messages but no response for 3 weeks. Finally got a call from a gent saying he is manager and was on vacation when I called. A week later my case was delivered.nI am grateful it was finally delivered but would be wary of ordering again

It has been 7 weeks since I spent over $250 on wine with this company and haven’t seen a drop of it. They took my money quick, fast, and in a hurry. Now after contacting them multiple times I have not heard anything back from them.
