Please think twice before contacting this agency for your insurance needs. Nice talking to have you on board and after that you are just a number. Instead to work for their customers this agent is only looking for the almighty dollar number. Many of my friends (business owners) are leaving this broker because of a lack of communication. Always very nice when is about time of your insurance renewal.nStay away !!!!

There is no clarity in this agency, ask for all the options and do not accept the ones they give you, keep all the documents for your record, including calls, and emails, etc.nAsk and document each request, claim or information.nBe careful with the cancellations and try to know clearly how much they charge you in case of canceling the insurance, all the questions in writing.nRecord any conversation with Brian or his employees, in case they are accused of threats, etc.nTry to look for other options. I do not recommend this agency
