The Cesar Pineda Agency is extraordinary. The first Farmers Insurance agent we started with, changed careers and we were sent to two agencies since we have two properties covered by Farmers. Cesar contacted me to welcome me and I asked if he would get everything in one agency. The main reason I started with Farmers. He did all the required leg work and soon all our policies were with him.nnThen, The August 4, 2020 hurricane struck CT. We had what I thought was a small smoky electrical fire due to a power surge. I called Cesar to ask what I should do. From that first caring, and helpful call, Cesar transferred me to their Claims department. A wonderful woman took my information and assured me someone would be calling me shortly. I explained we had no power therefore no phone service. Mr. Beasley, my claim manager, kept calling and left wonderful voice mails, until we could connect. Let’s just say, it took only three weeks to have the fire cleanup, the repairs completed. All because of Cesar Pineda and his team stepping up and being there for us. My husband and I are so impressed by Farmer’s Insurance. I highly recommend both, if you’re looking for new insurance and agent, give Cesar Pineda Agency a call.
