I am an interior designer from Weston, CT and have been working with Circa Lighting/Greenwich for many years. I have always loved their selection, quality, pricing, and most importantly, customer service. It is inevitable that some projects will have a problem arise, and Circa Lighting always comes through for me and my clients. They are a trusted partner for my business. I love the new showroom in South Norwalk. It is larger than the Greenwich showroom, and rivals their beautiful trade showroom at 200 Lexington in the city. Even better, my favorite salesperson, Susan Pinzon, has moved to the new location. With Covid, they are working by appointment only and following strict hygiene guidelines, which is much appreciated by me. I normally do not write reviews, but today Susan went above and beyond for one of my clients, and I had to give her a shout out. Thank you, Sue!!!!!
Showed up on a quiet Thursday midday to be greeted by one of three sales reps in the store. She mentioned I had to make an appt and come back later. No thanks, and hope the three sales reps sitting on their hands one day realize a customer equals commission in their pocket. Don’t waste your time as I did.
