John Ramirez was the best repair person I've ever had, period. He came to repair my Sub-Zero refrigerator. He really cared about the project and was highly trained and highly skilled. I can't recommend him highly enough!

We have used them twice . We used them to servicenOur fridge last year and when the service man was done he told us the cost was 100 more than what we were originally quoted on the phone. That seemed like a huge discrepancy to usb. Then, we had a hinge that went on our subzero. First they ordered the wrong part . Then once they ordered the part it took us four phone calls to finally get them back to the house . It took them only a half hour to fix the hinge but between “trip charge “ and labor charge they charged us $260. That is ridiculous for something that took less than a half hour to fix .
