I've been going to Gus for several years and he is by far the best barber in Norwalk. His shop is super clean, he's a consummate professional, and a great guy. He always makes sure that you are happy with your haircut, wants you to look sharp, and leave happy. So if you are looking for the best, then make an appointment with Gus and you will be glad that you did!

Gus is a master barber and the best at what he does in Fairfield County. You will be hard pressed to find a more consummate professional at his craft; reliable and consistent, all in a clean and modern shop.nnIf you are in the market for a new barber at a great price it will not hurt to try Gus at least once. And I guarantee you it won’t be your last time sitting in Gus’ chair getting a fine cut. I got my first fade from him like 4 years ago and after trying barbers all around NYC and Fairfield County I have found none better. To no surprise he has long-time clients who fly in to see him from all around the country.nnNote that Gus is in high demand and getting an appointment can be challenging but he is a very flexible and a understanding gentleman who will go out of his way to accommodate your needs and schedule like he has done for me on countless occasions.

Honest review: super awesome barber. Would give max 4 stars based off cut just because he definitely has skill and experience, but not all techniques down (e.g., doesn't know what a point cut is). Only reason I am giving such a low rating is because of quality of service. Gus has your phone number, and it isn't a problem until you don't tip him. I've been going to this barber for MONTHS while tipping him, but the one day I CAN'T tip due to financial situation Gus texts me aggressively expecting a tip. I explained my situation, and he disregarded it very disrespectfully and still expected a tip. I respect the service industry and have worked for tips myself, but never have I tried to shake down clients for money like Gus has. Very unprofessional! Other than that, he's a really great barber, and deserves a try if you're willing to deal with his demeanor. I respect his craft but not his attitude! Hope the best for his business since he's the owner and only employee but hope he learns how to interact with customers more professionally.
