Horrible just horrible. The customer service is the worst I have seen. I used to work in this bakery and they cook the cakes. With a horrendous oven. Not to mention one time the owner's wife told me to clean the dishes. That were in the oven. When I went to get the dirty dishes there was a rodent in the oven picking at the food. I still work in this bakery up till now but I am thinking of quitting because the payment is just horrible and the way they treat their employees is disgusting. I have never met such filthy people. It just disgusts me
I like everything here in the bakery Good foods
.It's no longer called J & L Bakery. It's now known as Valencia Bakery. No great customer service. Doesn't have napkins available to select cakes with. In the case where u want to get a different flavor of cake...from the previous customer. No way to clean them. Otherwise the cakes are great. 2nd time visit.
I bought a pastry from here and it was ok. I will not go back.
