Was able to get in on short notice. Owner very nice, did a good job on pedicure.

Peter was very nice and available in short notice. I got a full set of acrylics with shellac for a fair price! I would definitely recommend Pro Nails for the Havre community and visitors.

I am new to town and went in today for a manicure and gel polish manicure. Peter started with the pedicure which wasn’t bad at all, when we started with the manicure it seemed like there was some miscommunication. I wanted just gel on my natural nails and he thought I wanted gel acrylics, or something of that nature. He kept saying how those would hold up longer and I should try what he was recommending, so I did. He was super aggressive with the file and dremel, causing me to bleed and holding it in one spot too long which is super painful. Whenever I would flinch or tell him that he was hurting me his response was just “I never hurt a woman unless she asks for it.” This is where my experience just got super awkward, I kind of stopped talking and just sucked it up and let him finish so that I could leave. He put gel polish on top of the nails but did a really poor job, there is tons of pooling by the cuticles and none of my nails are even close or the same shape. I will not be going back to him to have them fixed as he cut me multiple times and completely disregarded my many attempts at voicing physical pain. Pretty much all of my cuticles were cut, multiple of them so bad they were bleeding WHILE he was doing the manicure. He even made a comment at one point about how “that one left a mark.” ud83dude33nnMy nails have been causing me pain since I left his salon and I will be having everything he did today taken off tomorrow by a different salon. For your sake, steer clear!
