Eric and the entire team has been wonderful to work with after switching to State Farm. I had been with my previous insurer for 15 years, but rates had greatly increased steadily. Filing an accident claim was a smooth process and most importantly, their rates were/are lower compared to the other four I had researched. Calls and emails are always answered or returned immediately any time I have a question, and they were most helpful providing information and empathetic support when I needed help accessing my account from the side of the highway one evening. The professional yet personable approach is very appreciated.
