I feel like I could go on and on about the help and assistance that I have received from Preferred and, specifically, Rebecca in the last few weeks but I will keep it short!nnI was in a bad insurance situation where my home policy was dropped due to outrageous, non-sensical reasons without my knowledge. Also, my agent at the time knew I was getting dropped and forgot to inform me of this, meaning there were possible negative ramifications surrounding my lapse in coverage. Needless to say, I was completely betrayed by my former insurance agent and did not know where to turn.nnI had heard of the services are Preferred through the grapevine, decided to give Rebecca a call and she was one of the most helpful individuals I’ve ever met in my life. She was Incredibly receptive to what I was telling her, she was very knowledgeable about what steps to take in my particular situation and had, along with great advice, quotes from several companies the same day that I called her which were very affordable (even better than with my former agent) and better suited to my home situation. I have a fairly unique situation as I am restoring the historic house that I am living in, and Rebecca knew exactly what directions to go in that situation, since sometimes traditional insurance plans may not be best for a restoration project.nnTrying to keep it short, I ended up switching all of my insurance needs to Preferred, including my home insurance and multiple vehicles. I would recommend anybody call preferred and/or specifically, Rebecca, to speak to and get a quote or any sort of advice about the best way to go for your particular situation. She really saved the day (if not the year) in my case, she is available seemingly 24/7 by phone or email and is always willing to take some time and talk out your best options because she understands that everybody is a little bit different. My wife and I have been using Preferred for over a year now. When we purchased our home we bundled our homeowner and auto policies with Preferred and received great service and pricing.
