We've been taking our King Charles here from the very beginning of having her. Very responsive office. Always feel welcome from staff and they show Katie so much love and care as well. We haven't taken our dog anywhere else. Missing Dr. A.

They were so kind and helpful. Bluebell is perfect weight and healthy. Thank you Dr. Kristie and the gang. Very. Honest in helping people with lower income. Beautiful grounds as well.

I’ve never been so disregarded as far as my pets care. The first women I talked to was amazing and outlined everything for me. She explained the difference between rabies shots as well as the prices. The tech when I arrived informed me that they normally didn’t even give people the option or tell them there was two and just delivered the more expensive one. (First red flag). She then talked over me to explain a shot my cat had never had, didn’t need and the alternative monthly bloodwork I could get done. While I tried to mention I did not want that but was instead worried about another shot she just kept going over me. The doctor came out and Told me my cat had a heart murmur and needed to go see a cardiologist and other various tests. One of them being blood pressure. I asked how much it was and I explained to her my cat was not good in the car and I would not be trucking him back and forth - she kept informing me that I did not need to decide things now. Finally I stopped her and make it very clear I did in fact need to decide because he does not travel well. She told me they would tell me the price and I could decide. As she was going in I asked if I should wait out here for them to tell me the price of if they’d call, to which she informed me they’d call. The next call I got was them telling me his blood pressure was great. To their credit they did remove it from the bill once I said I had been waiting on the quote, but if this was something more drastic than blood pressure I’d be very angry things had been done to my cat without my okay. I get a call for the results of his test with basically just a million more things I need to buy from them - but they could not explain to me why I needed certain items and I was told “there’s a lot of information on the internet”. While I am going to take actions for my cat they will not be with this vet. At the end of the call I got a “you cart is ready for checkout” with all the items I was told to buy.nnTLDR: I’ve never been to a vet I felt was more just in it for the money. Hugely disappointing, but apparently there’s “a lot of information on the internet” So you can really just google it all yourself anyway. Do yourself a favor and google a different vet.

All the people at Valley Vet have always been great to our pups over the last 10+ years. The girls truly care about your pets and will do whatever is needed to make them feel comfortable while visiting.
